Our Coffee

Espresso Blend:

Our Primary Base is Brazil from Daterra Farms “the most sustainable coffee farm in the world (we use seasonly Sunrise, Monte Cristo, and Santa Colombia)

We add a kick of Colombia to add acidity and some fruity notes.

Roast level is light - medium

Brazil Dark:

One of our most popular offerings which is again a Brazil Natural coffee that is balanced between Daterra and Fazenda Dutra farms in Brazil.

This is a medium towards dark roast “on a speciality scale” and is a perfect coffee for home espresso machines and grinders due to its easy extraction.

Ethiopia

Banko Gotiti is a Yirgacheffe grade 1 coffee that is washed - Heirloom variety - 1900-2100 meters - with fruity flavor notes

Kenya

AA Top Kiri - washed - 1450m - SL28/SL34 varieties - Very complex acidity with orchard fruits, tomato, and amazing aftertaste. Very big brewing window and is a top rated option.

Daterra Blossom

Daterra Brazil - Dried on tree and pulped - Jasmine, Raspberry, Mango notes with a caramel finish. Old SCA 88-89 point coffee.

Colombia

Sol Naciente - Sierra Nevada Organic coffee - Castillo and Catura - 1700m - washed - chocolate and nutty notes.

Decaf

Colombia various farms washed with EA (sugar cane) with cocoa and brown sugar notes. Its an amazing decaf to serve.
